Public Library Geotechnical Report

Authored a geotechnical investigation for a proposed public library in southeastern Pennsylvania. Performed moisture-content, grain-size, and Atterberg limit testing, then produced a consolidation-based settlement analysis and foundation recommendation.

Wetland Site Assessment & ADA Path Redesign

Delineated a campus-adjacent wetland and redesigned an accessible pedestrian path compliant with ADA grade and width standards. Conducted two-sample t-testing on chloride concentrations to evaluate road-salt infiltration impacts on wetland hydrology.

Philadelphia Hotel & Casino Site Due Diligence

Led a $73.9M site due-diligence study for a proposed hotel and casino development in Philadelphia. Evaluated FEMA flood-zone constraints, completed cut-and-fill earthwork estimates, and prepared an RS Means-based cost model supporting a go/no-go recommendation.
